- How can I check my gift card balance?
If your card number starts with 627857101 or 627857105 please call 1-866-922-7312. If you have a gift card that starts with any other number please go to Walgreens Retail Card or call 1-833-522-2487.
- What are the benefits of a Bulk Gift Card Account?
Individuals: A Bulk Gift Card account provides the ability to purchase over $750 in gift cards within one online transaction.
Businesses: A Bulk Gift Card account provides the ability to purchase over $750 in gift cards within one transaction, the ability to pay with a WIRE transfer, ACH or Check, and the ability to add authorized users to the account with their own login credentials. - Who can apply for a Walgreens Bulk Gift Card Account?
Individuals: with a valid government-issued ID and valid Social Security number can apply for an Individual Account. You will need to complete an application with basic information about yourself (e.g. name, DOB, Social Security number, contact information, etc.), and agree to our Walgreens Gift Card Terms and Conditions and Walgreens Corporate Gift Cards Bulk Purchase Agreement.
Businesses: with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number or Employer Identification Number can apply for a Bulk Gift Card Account. You will need to complete an application with basic information about your business (e.g. business license number, tax ID number, contact information, etc.) and agree to our Walgreens Gift Card Terms and Conditions, our Walgreens Corporate Gift Cards Bulk Purchase Agreement, as well as acknowledge you’ve read and understood our Fraud brochure (Partner Fraud Policy). - How do I apply for a Bulk Gift Card Account?
- Visit Walgreens Corporate The Gift Card Shop
- Select account type: Individual or Business
- Complete the required fields

- Why does the account require a vetting process?
The U.S. Bank Secrecy Act, designed to prevent the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, requires Incomm, a Walgreens service provider, to verify the identities of customers purchasing large amounts of prepaid access products (i.e., gift cards). Your information will be vetted by a specialist to determine eligibility.
- What happens after my application is submitted?
Once your application is submitted, a Corporate Sales Specialist will review your information and reply within three business days. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
- Will my credit be impacted by the Bulk Application Process?
No, we do not inquire data from nor report data to credit bureaus.
- How do I reset/change my password?
Change your password in My Profile, under My Account. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot My Password”, enter your email address and an email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
- How do I find my purchasing limit?
Your gift card purchasing limit can be found under Company Profile.
- How do I update my information (address, phone number, ID expiration date, etc.)
Individuals: update your information in My Profile, under My Account. As part of Walgreens ongoing efforts to prevent financial services-related fraud and money laundering, changes will not be made until the information submitted is verified.
Businesses: Please send an email to WalgreensBulkSupport@InComm.com with the requested changes on company letterhead. Once the information is verified, a specialist will make the requested changes to the account. - What Payment methods are accepted?
Individual Bulk Gift Card account holders may pay with:
- Check
- ACH/Wire
- Credit Card
Corporate Bulk Gift Card accounts may pay with:- Check

- Company Credit
- If I pay for an order with a Wire Transfer, ACH or Check and my order is cancelled, how will the funds be returned?
There are no returns at this time. Please contact 833-925-8625.
- Can I purchase Bulk Gift Cards in-store?
No, customers can purchase up to $750 in gift cards in-store.
- What is the minimum quantity required?
There are no minimum quantity restrictions.
- Where is my order?
All our gift card orders are shipped via trackable service. You will find the tracking information in the Items Ordered section of the Order Details screen.
- Why is signature required on my FedEx Shipment?
As an extra layer of security for our customers, we are requiring signature delivery for all orders over $1,000.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Once payment is received and confirmed, it can take up to 48 hours for the order to be fulfilled. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been fulfilled. Transit times are:
- Standard Ground: 3-5 days after fulfillment
- Expedited 2 Day: 2 days after fulfillment
- What are the shipping charges?
- $20 for FedEx Ground
- $30 for FedEx 2-Day
- Where does Walgreens ship to?
Walgreens is excited to offer shipping to all locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Do I need to activate the plastic Gift Cards I received from my online order?
If your order is under $1,999.99, no action is needed, and the cards will arrive active and ready to use. If your order is $2,000.00 or larger, you will need to activate the gift cards via the portal.
- How do I activate the plastic Gift Cards I received?
- Log into account
- Click on My Orders
- Click Filters
- Search for your Order Number and select the radio button next to that Order in the search results
- Click the Action dropdown
- Select Activate
- The plastic gift cards will be activated within 8 hours

- What types of Walgreens cards are available?
Please visit Walgreens Gift Cards for Gift Card information. Walgreens Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store and online. You may have also received a Walgreens Return Card for store credit for returned items. These can be redeemed in-store and online.
- How can I check the balance on my Walgreens Gift Card or Walgreens Card?
If you have printed version of the Walgreens Gift Card, please call the number on the back of the card 833-522-2487 and request your account balance or visit Walgreens Retail Card.
- Can I buy Walgreens Gift Cards online?

- Can I redeem a Gift Card online?
Yes, your Walgreens Gift Card can be redeemed online or in-store. Card can be used only for purchases of merchandise at participating Walgreens or Duane Reade locations in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands or online at Walgreens.com. Additional restrictions and exclusions apply. See Walgreens Gift Card Terms and Conditions for details.
- Do Gift Cards expire or have dormancy fees?
No, Walgreens gift cards do not expire or have dormancy fees.
- What are your policies and restrictions regarding gift cards?

- What is the daily limit on gift card purchases?
The limit on purchases is $500 per card and $750 in total for Gift Card(s) purchased.

The Walgreens gift cards can be loaded with value from $5 to $500.
- Can I put the balance of my Walgreens Gift Card in a digital wallet?
Customers cannot add the gift card to the Walgreens Digital Wallet on the Walgreens Mobile App at this time.
- Can I redeem my Walgreens Gift Card at Walgreens.com and on the Walgreens mobile app?
All customers that have a Walgreens Gift Card containing a 3-digit CVV number can redeem their physical or e-gift cards on Walgreens.com or within the mobile app.
If you have a legacy Walgreens Gift Card which can be identified if it does not contain a 3-Digit CVV number, you will not be able to redeem that card on Walgreens.com. You may visit a store and request a balance transfer from the old card to a new Walgreens Gift Card with the 3-digit CVV number to be able to redeem your gift card online. - Can Walgreens Gift Cards be reloaded/can funds be added?
No, Walgreens Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, nor can funds be added. A new gift card must be purchased.
- Can I redeem a Walgreens e-gift card in a store?
Yes, all customers that have a Walgreens e-gift card can redeem them in store via barcode scan.
- Is there a Customer Support Center for issues or inquiries about a Walgreens Gift Card?
Yes, all customers should use the phone number listed on the back of their card 1-833-522-2487 for any issues or inquiries.
